1) - The service is available for fixed UTs when a phone with tone dialing, digital display and FLASH-button connected.

When the GlobalTel subscriber contract is executed the subscriber receives the Basic packet of services. A service can be added to the Basic packet or removed from it through the Customer Care Center operator upon subscriber's written request or through the Automated Customer Service Department.
