OJSC Rostelecom
is an international and long distance operator in the Russian Federation providing
communications in Russia and to 231 countries in the world. Rostelecom provides channels
for transferring information along back-bone and local communications networks, leases
group and network channels, tone frequency channels, radio and television broadcasting
channels, data channels, and organizes new international communications channels, as
well as participates in international communications development projects.
Globalstar L.P.
is an international consortium created by Loral Space and Communications (New York) and
Qualcomm (San Diego). Among its strategic partners include leading communications
equipment manufacturers and operators. Globalstar L.P. is registered in the state of
Delaware (USA), with its head office in San Jose, California.
