The system of monitoring auto vehicles is developed on the basis of the Globalstar satellite
communications system. The system allows tracking the vehicle status and position location and,
if required, taking necessary steps. The system design reflects security requirements; it
provides flexible and reliable solution to everyday problems of companies to which safe freight
traffic activity is topical.

The monitoring is ensured by transferring data telemetry from a mobile asset via Globalstar
UT to the control point. The telemetry data are formed by GPS-receiver. Such data as open/close
vehicle doors, (engine and/or refrigerator) temperature, cargo status, road accident, if the
shock sensor is used, etc. can be tracked if corresponding sensors are installed.
Special codes (buttons): Attack, Pursuit, Compulsion and others, which will determine the
actions of the operator and authorities.
